Unless otherwise stated, commissions are a one time payout

At the end of each month, your rewards are calculated and available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe (alternative methods available for non-PayPal regions)

Payments are verified and paid-out the month after your commission is earned. Commission is earned once your referral has been on the platform for over 30 days. For example, any commissions earned in February will be available March 16th.

We use Cookies to track your referrals. The cookies last for 90 days after someone clicks on your link. If they click again, the 90 days starts again.

Housecall Pro is only available in the US and Canada, so your network needs to be located in either (or both!) of those countries. Please see additional rules below.

• Leads must meet the qualified lead definition (phone + email)
• Leads will go into a pending status for 3 business days
• If a lead is in the status 'Bad Contact Info' at the time of payment (after 3 business days), it will not be eligible for payment
• We reserve the right to terminate affiliates if their lead exhaustion rate exceeds 35%
• If an affiliate is terminated due to excessive exhaustion rates, we reserve the right to claw back payouts on exhausted leads
• Exhausted statuses are:
  • Bad Contact Info
  • Do Not Call
  • Not Target Prospect
  • Not Yet Interested
• Any referrals sent through PartnerStack must be based in the US or Canada
• In order to remain in our affiliate program, our partners need to properly communicate which countries support the use of Housecall Pro to their network
• Any partners who send more than 3 referrals outside of those regions will lose their ability to earn with our program
