Kinetic Innovative Staffing connects businesses worldwide with highly skilled remote professionals from the Philippines. We help companies scale efficiently by providing reliable offshore talent across a wide range of industries.

At the end of each month, your rewards are calculated and available for cash-out via PayPal or Stripe (alternative methods available for non-PayPal regions)
Once approved through PartnerStack, you’ll receive a unique referral link. Share this link with businesses that may benefit from remote staffing.
When your referral:

• Attends a live demo → you earn $50
• Signs a client agreement and hires at least one full-time contractor → you earn $500
• Remains active beyond the first month → you earn $100 per month for each active client account (starting from their second month)

All referrals are tracked through Kinetic’s partner system and subject to a 30-day attribution lock-in period.

Website owners, bloggers, newsletter publishers, content creators, and other professionals with relevant audiences are welcome to join through PartnerStack.
To participate, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Have a valid bank or PayPal account to receive payouts
• Promote Kinetic ethically—no spam, misleading claims, or paid ads on Kinetic-branded keywords

Kinetic reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

A qualified lead must:

• Be a registered business with an active company website
• Use a company email address (not Gmail, Outlook, or other public domains)
• Have an online presence or social media account at least 3 months old
• Be a new contact, not an existing Kinetic client or active prospect
• Have a genuine intent to hire within 12 months

If these criteria aren’t met, the demo commission will be deferred until the business hires and pays its first invoice.

When a prospect books a demo through your referral link, a 30-day attribution window begins. During this period:

• The referral remains attributed to you even if they engage through other Kinetic channels.
• If the demo isn’t completed within 30 days, the demo commission won’t be paid—but if the prospect hires within that window, it still qualifies.
• Existing clients, duplicates, or fraudulent submissions may be disqualified.

• Payout schedule: On or before the 15th of each month
• Minimum payout: $100 in total earned commissions
• Payment method: Bank or PayPal (through PartnerStack)

Kinetic may delay or adjust payouts pending verification, fraud checks, or compliance reviews.

If a client cancels, defaults, or receives a refund, any related commissions may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

The following are strictly not allowed:

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Making false or misleading claims about Kinetic
• Running paid ads on “Kinetic” or related branded keywords
• Fabricating leads or manipulating tracking data
• Using deceptive, unethical, or misleading marketing practices

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

All referrals are tracked using PartnerStack’s technology and Kinetic’s internal tracking tools (cookies, pixels, and link identifiers).
Attribution decisions based on these systems are final and binding.
Tracking and data collection comply with GDPR, CPRA, and CAN-SPAM standards.

Yes. Kinetic follows strict data-protection practices in compliance with GDPR and CPRA.
Referral partners and referred leads may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time by emailing crprogram@kineticstaff.com.
Partners must also provide clear privacy and disclosure notices in their promotional materials.

Kinetic may modify commission rates, payout structures, or program policies at any time.
Changes will be communicated via email or through the PartnerStack dashboard.
If the program ends, all commission accruals will stop immediately, but your data rights remain protected under Kinetic’s Privacy Policy.

Referral partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Kinetic.
Participation does not create any employment, joint-venture, or agency relationship.

The program is governed by the laws of Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
Any disputes must be submitted to the state or federal courts in Sheridan, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable data-protection or consumer laws.
