Unlimited Funnels Is Not an Unlimited Plan
Every funnel builder prints the word unlimited somewhere, and at each vendor it sits on a different row. The useful question is which row is still metered: funnel steps at systeme.io, workspaces at ClickFunnels, websites at Kajabi, traffic at Unbounce. All figures read on October 11, 2026.
This article is a documentation review: it is based on the vendors' own published pages, checked on the date shown. We may earn a commission from some links; it never affects what we recommend.
The word unlimited on a pricing page is a routing instruction, not a promise. It tells you which row the vendor has decided not to charge for, which means the charge sits somewhere else on the same page. ClickFunnels prints unlimited funnels and caps workspaces at one. Kajabi prints unlimited funnels and landing pages, then caps websites at one. systeme.io caps funnels openly, and then caps the steps inside them more tightly still. Six vendors' pricing pages were read on October 11, 2026, and no two put the word in the same place.
Unlimited usually sits on the row that costs the vendor nothing
Storing a funnel definition is cheap. Sending email, serving traffic, issuing SSL certificates and supporting extra logins are not. The pattern across these six pages follows that cost line almost exactly.
ClickFunnels prints "Unlimited Funnels" on all four plans and also "Unlimited Visitors". It then meters contacts at 10K, 75K, 150K and 400K, and emails at 50K, 300K, 750K and 1.2M a month.
systeme.io prints "Emails sent: Unlimited" and "File storage space: Unlimited" on every tier including the free one, while metering the funnel row at 3, 10, 50 and unlimited.
Unbounce prints "Unlimited conversions" and "Unlimited subdomains" on all plans, then meters traffic volume at "up to 500" on Starter against 20k, 30k and 50k above it.
systeme.io publishes the step count, and that is the real funnel cap
Its comparison table lists two separate rows. Sales funnels run 3, 10, 50 and unlimited across Free, Startup, Webinar and Unlimited. Sales funnel steps run 15, 50, 300 and unlimited.
Divide one row by the other and the funnel count turns out not to be the constraint. Three funnels and fifteen steps averages five steps per funnel. Ten and fifty averages five again. Fifty and three hundred averages six.
That division is ours, from the published figures. A step is a page in the funnel, so five steps is roughly an opt-in, a sales page, an order form, an upsell and a thank-you page, with nothing spare.
The same table meters A/B tests at 1, 10, 50 and unlimited, custom domains at 1, 3, 10 and unlimited, and automation rules at 1, 10, 100 and unlimited. Transaction fees are printed as 0% on all four tiers.
systeme.io also prints the most generous row on any of these pages: unlimited sub-accounts on every plan, where "the limits for each sub-account are the same as those of your main account's plan, at no extra cost."
A step cap is the kind of row a feature table hides, because there is no competitor column to put it next to. Finding rows like it is the whole purpose of the pricing page reading order.

ClickFunnels makes the word conditional in writing
On the rendered pricing page the funnel row reads "Unlimited Funnels" followed by "Limited Time" on every one of the four plans, checked October 11, 2026. The page does not state when the limited time ends.
What is not conditional is everything around it. Workspaces, which the page calls sub-accounts, run 1, 5, 10 and 20. Team members run 2, 5, 10 and 20. Courses run 3, 6, 10 and 20.
Custom domains are capped at 5 on Launch and unlimited above. The AI tools row is metered in words rather than seats: 1M, 2M, 5M and 10M a month.
So on Launch at $97 a month you can build any number of funnels, inside one workspace, for two people, against a 10,000-contact list. The funnel count was never the binding constraint.
Kajabi gives unlimited funnels and one website
Its pricing page lists funnels and landing pages as unlimited on Basic, Growth and Pro. Websites are listed as 1, 1 and 3. Communities are also 1, 1 and 3.
Products are the metered row instead, at 5, 50 and unlimited, alongside contacts at 2,500, 25,000 and 100,000 and admin users at 2, 11 and 26. Prices are $179, $249 and $499 a month.
The custom domain row is the one to notice. On the page read October 11, 2026 it appears on Pro only, which puts a branded address behind the $499 tier rather than the $179 one.
Kartra arranges the same trick differently. Funnels and campaigns are unlimited on all four plans, while Essentials at $59 a month allows 5 pages, 1 product, 500 leads and 10,000 emails a month.
Five pages and one product is one funnel, not an unlimited number of them. Confirming that inside the account rather than from the card is day two of the fourteen-day free trial checklist.

Unbounce and Leadpages move the ceiling to traffic and domains
Unbounce Starter at $29 a month lists 5 pages and traffic volume "up to 500". Build, Experiment and Optimize list unlimited pages against traffic of up to 20k, 30k and 50k.
Root domains run 1, 1, 2 and 3 on the same four plans, and users run 1, 1, 3 and 5. Conversions are unlimited throughout, which is the row that costs Unbounce nothing.
Leadpages inverts it. Pages run 25, 50, unlimited and unlimited across Pro, Business, Grow and Optimize, while custom domains plus SSL run 1, 2, 4 and 6 and team seats run 1, 1, 1 and 3.
Unlimited traffic appears from Grow upward on the page read October 11, 2026. So the two landing page vendors put their ceiling on opposite rows, and neither ceiling is the page count a buyer would think to compare.
That is the general lesson. Comparing the row both vendors advertise tells you almost nothing, while comparing the rows only one of them meters tells you the price, as set out in our guide to reading these pages.
Read the rows that are never unlimited
- Steps, pages or screens inside the funnel. systeme.io publishes 15, 50 and 300. Kartra publishes 5 pages on Essentials. Unbounce publishes 5 on Starter. These bind long before the funnel count does.
- Seats and logins. 2 team members on ClickFunnels Launch, 1 user on Unbounce Starter and Build, 1 team seat on three of four Leadpages plans, 2 admin users on Kajabi Basic.
- Custom domains plus SSL. 5 on ClickFunnels Launch, 1 on systeme.io Free, 1 on Kartra Essentials and Starter, 1 on Leadpages Pro, and Pro-tier only on Kajabi.
- Contacts and sends. 10K contacts and 50K emails on ClickFunnels Launch, 500 leads and 10,000 emails on Kartra Essentials, 2,500 contacts on Kajabi Basic.
- Traffic or visitors. Unbounce caps it at 500 on Starter and 50k at the top. ClickFunnels and systeme.io print it unlimited, so this row is a vendor choice rather than a category rule.
- Containers. Workspaces, websites, sub-accounts and brand accounts. This is the row that separates a one-business plan from an agency plan, and it is almost never unlimited at entry.
Working down that list in order is faster than comparing feature tables, because it finds the binding constraint first. The same ordering is set out at more length in how to read a funnel builder pricing page.
Frequently asked questions
Which funnel builder has genuinely unlimited funnels?
systeme.io's Unlimited plan at $97 a month prints unlimited funnels and unlimited funnel steps together, which is the only pairing in this group where both rows are uncapped. ClickFunnels prints unlimited funnels on all plans but adds "Limited Time".
How many pages can a systeme.io funnel have?
The platform caps steps rather than pages per funnel: 15 on Free, 50 on Startup, 300 on Webinar, unlimited on Unlimited. Across three free funnels that averages five steps each, which is one complete sales path with nothing spare.
Why does my plan say unlimited and still block me?
Because the blocking row is usually a different one. Contacts, sends, seats, domains, funnel steps and containers are metered separately, so an unlimited funnel count does not stop a cap elsewhere from closing.
Is unlimited traffic normal on these platforms?
It varies by vendor rather than by category. ClickFunnels prints "Unlimited Visitors" on all four plans and Leadpages lists unlimited traffic from Grow up, while Unbounce meters it at up to 500 on Starter and 50k at the top.
Which row should I check first?
The container row: workspaces, websites or sub-accounts. ClickFunnels gives 1 workspace on Launch, Kajabi gives 1 website on Basic and Growth, and systeme.io gives unlimited sub-accounts on every tier including free.
Can a pricing page withdraw an unlimited row later?
ClickFunnels is the only vendor here that says so in advance, printing "Limited Time" beside "Unlimited Funnels" on all four plans as of October 11, 2026. The page does not publish an end date for that offer.
Bottom line
Treat unlimited as a signal about where the money is, not as a feature. On every page read here, the word marks a row the vendor has stopped charging for, and the charge has moved to a neighbouring row.
Find the row that still carries a number and price the plan on that. For a solo business it is usually seats or domains. For an agency it is containers. For an email-heavy business it is contacts and sends.
Then confirm the constraint inside the product before the second invoice. The order to test in is in the fourteen-day free trial checklist, which puts the domain connection and the real list import before any page is built.
All figures above are from the vendors' own pricing pages on October 11, 2026, and pricing pages move. Re-reading them before renewal is part of the same discipline as the pricing page reading order.
